Remarkable staff made our stay

The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the city center with various restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally responsive, making us feel right at home.

We encountered issues with road closures upon arrival, causing delays. The room was warm, and while the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning needed improvement for better cooling.

Upon arrival, we faced local road closures with no prior communication from the hotel, causing us to sit and wait outside the city for over two hours. The Superior Double room was disappointingly small and uncomfortably warm, and the air conditioning barely worked, forcing us to open the window for some relief. Breakfast was a letdown. the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, leaving us without hot milk and a functioning coffee machine, which made for a frustrating dining experience.

The staff returned our child's lost light, which made our stay special. Rooms are conveniently near the city center, though the bathrooms need attention. 😊

Consider using the microwave available during breakfast for a warmer meal option.

Despite being disappointed by some details, I appreciated the charm and accessibility of the hotel.

Everyone was super helpful, especially the receptionist who offered great local dining recommendations.
